She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Nestler and Evea Nestler; her sisters, Elaine Rebok and Shelia; her brother-in-law Eddie Dean; and her niece Karen Dean.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Balon; her daughter Keri Balon; her grandchildren, Cooper Brown, Reese Balon, Shane Balon and Campbelle Brown; her brother-in-law Michael Rebok; and her nephews, Mike Dean and John Dean.
