She was predeceased by: her father Morris McCurdy. She is survived by: her husband Randy McConnaughey; her daughter Julie Phillips (Damon); her grandchildren, Ethan, Grady, Liam and Jasika; her great grandchild Waylon; her mother Helen Hundley Thomas; and her siblings, John McCurdy, Tony Thomas (Tiese), Ronnie Thomas and Marty Muse. She is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.
