She is survived by: her sons, Reggie Brooks (Ann) of Zebulon, NC and Bill Brooks of New Bern, NC; her grandchildren, Maggie Brooks of Lexington, KY and Jackson Brooks of Zebulon, NC; and her sister Hilda Pope. She is also survived by other loving family members and close friends.
