She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Lee Thomas; her son Marvin Curtis Haddock; and her siblings, Nora Toler Lilly, Georgia Mae Hardy, Clifton Lancaster, Orie Lancaster, Marvin Lancaster and Charles Lancaster.

She is survived by: her daughter Loretta Haddock Snyder (Bobby); her siblings, Myra Dudley, Alvis Lancaster and Ted Lancaster; her sister-in-law Henrietta Lancaster; her grandchildren, Mark Tripp (Susan), Jennie Tripp, Jeremy Haddock, Mary White (Lewis) and Kelly Ruff (Bryan); and her great grandchildren, Samantha Parker (Jackson), Allison Ellwood, Tapanga Jackson (Daniel), Kaitlyn White and Jacob White.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the Colonial Capital Humane Society.
