Michael Julian Kinlaw Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Julian Kinlaw of New Bern, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2025 at the age of 70. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Julian Kinlaw and Colvert Kinlaw; and his brother-in-law S. Ray Britt. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Kinlaw Britt; his nieces, Wendy Koren Britt, Amy Lynn Britt (Tripp Macolly) and Kelly Leigh Britt; and his great-nieces, May Britt Macolly and Eva Ray Macolly.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Peace Presbyterian Church (3203 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Peace Presbyterian Church.
