Matthew Gregory Knight Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Gregory Knight of New Bern, North Carolina, born in Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Ryan Gregory Knight. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Knight and Joyce Knight; his sister Jennifer Orrock; his children, Shawna Knight, Kayli, Rebecca and Ben Knight; and his fur-childrens, Cinnamon, Dutch, Brandy Mae, Nora Belle, Buck, Ginger and Murphy.

He revised the ALE BARS program, specifically addressing COVID related issues, where his hard work was recognized by Governor Roy Cooper.
