It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Louise Reece of New Bern, North Carolina, born in Greeneville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jones and Grace Jones; her siblings, Carl, Jack Jones and Betty Kate Bishop; her daughters, Deborah Reece and Janet Raper; and her granddaughter April Martin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mitzi Arnett (Phillip) of Raleigh, NC and Donna Martin; her son-in-law Robert Martin of New Bern; her grandsons, Justin Martin of New Bern and Kevin Arnett (Lauren) of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchildren, Finley and Alexis Arnett of Raleigh, NC; and her sister Wanda Crumley of Smithfield, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
