She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Hinton; her husband Clyde Strange; her son Doug Strange Jr.; and her siblings, Russell Lee Hinton, Margaret Brantley and Doris Hinton.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Strange (Jenny) and Mary Brinn (Phillip); her daughter-in-law Ann Strange; and her grandchildren, Doug Strange III (Nichole), Keith Strange, Molly Mathews (Nick), Melanie Woolard (Matt), Andrew Strange (Dani), Jodi Brinn and Phillip Brinn Jr.. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and many loving family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mary's honor to Vanceboro United Methodist Church.
