He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williams; his sons, Justin Short, Ian Williams, Brandon Williams and Bryan Williams; his grandchildren, Jaslyn Short, Justin Short Jr., Anna Short, Virginia Short and Dante Williams; his father Manuel Williams (Barbara); and his siblings, Robin Ballenger (Steve) and Steve Williams. He is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.
