She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Risher Barbee and Marjorie Katherine Edwards Barbee; her husband Larry Phillip Johnson; and her brother Wallace Eugene Barbee. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Christian Johnson (Tanya) of Chesterfield, VA. and Paige Johnson Muse (Kenneth Everette Muse) of New Bern; and her grandchildren, Kayla Danielle Johnson, Kenneth Everette Muse, Jr. and Payton Elizabeth Muse.
