He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Atkinson and Ruth Atkinson. He is survived by: his sister Pennee; his wife Lois Ann; his children, Benjamin Atkinson, Aaron Atkinson (Misty) and Rebekah Gernhard (David); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Sophia, Eleanor, Roland, Henry, Iris and Cyrus.
