She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Leo Wooten and Edna Broadway Wooten; her son Reginald Daugherty; her former husbands, Charles Hardy Daugherty, Jr. and Theodore Baxter; and her siblings, Jessie Lee Wooten, Aubrey Wooten and Judy Wooten Martin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Daugherty and Lila Daugherty Cotten; her daughter-in-law Iris Annette Daugherty; her granddaughters, Kimberly Daugherty Berry (Travis), Heather Martin Dail (Billy) and Margaret Lila Martin Hiatt (Richard); and her brothers, Lester Leo Wooten, Jr. and Roger Wooten.
