It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Austin (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Corrinne Taylor Pate of New Bern and Robert Lee Pate of New Bern; her brother Robert "Bobby" Pate of Morehead City; and her husband E. B. Austin. She is survived by: her sister Deborah Edwards of New Bern; her son Taylor Austin of Holly Springs; and her grandsons, Emerson and Bennett Reese Austin.
