She is survived by: her husband Reed Hughes; her parents, Gary Tate and Carolyn Tate of Naples, FL.; her children, Kelsey Bush (Calvin) of Mifflinburg, PA. and A. J. Hughes of Arlington, VA.; her brother Thomas Tate (Becky); her mother-in-law Theresa Hughes of Vincennes, IN.; and her siblings-in-law, Eric Hughes (Ronda) of Washington, IN. and Renee Wagner (John) of Angola, IN..
