It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Davis Riggs of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Davis. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Rose Garner (Graham Garner) of Cape Carteret, NC; her husband David Keith Riggs of New Bern, NC.; her daughters, Karmen (Ron Pendleton) of Vanceboro, NC and Kaselun (Jeffrey Moore, Jr.) of Beaufort, NC; her grandchildren, David Riley, Dailee Rae Pendleton of Vanceboro, NC and Maggie Jae Moore of Beaufort, NC; her siblings, Billie Davis Evans of Rock Hill, SC, Brad Garner of Cape Carteret, NC, William Davis of Beaufort, NC and Allison (Ronald Sanders) of Marshallberg, NC; her cousin William Guthrie of Rock Hill, SC; her parents-in-law, Jane Rosen (Joseph Buie) of Morehead City, NC, Robert and Terry Riggs of New Bern, NC; her siblings-in-law, Tara Riggs of New Bern, NC and Robert Riggs of Lancaster, SC; and her nieces and nephews, Allen Floyd, Kyle Evans, Shelton Garner, Alex Sanders, Taelor Davis Reece, Lakyn Evans, Samantha Eubanks, Amber Goff, Shana Garner, Erin Davis and Riley Sanders. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Vanceboro Free Will Holiness Church.
