He is survived by: his wife Teresa Clark Fulcher; his children, Linne Fulcher (Crystal), Kevyn Fulcher (Kimberly) and Aspyn Fulcher (Biagio); his stepdaughter April Lewis (Edgar); his grandchildren, Bryana Fulcher, Braydin Fulcher, Brycen Fulcher, Kellyn Fulcher and Kacey Fulcher; his great grandchild Bella Fulcher; his sister Nancy Jones; his nephews, Chris Jones, TJ Fulcher and Luke Fulcher; and his niece Tiffany Fulcher.
