It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lee Congdon of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Linda Lee departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Linda Lee. Though Linda Lee may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her daughter Heather Hutchinson; her son-in-law Mark Hutchinson; her granddaughter Kayleigh Hutchinson; and her cousins, Karen Bradt and Daniel Bradt.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Garber United Methodist Church (4201 Country Club Rd, New Bern, NC 28562). A burial will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at the Cremated Remains New Bern Memorial Cemetery (1112 Chelsea Rd, New Bern, NC 28562).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's honor may be made to the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of Alzheimer's Association.
