He is survived by: his wife Teresa Carol Grice; his children, LeAnne Grice Holton (Larry), Jason Pittman (Lisa), Jesse Pittman (Jennifer), Gina Forsythe (Richard) and Mack Marcom (Windy); his grandchildren, Hayden Holton, Landon Holton, Austin Holton, Robert Stull, Devin Stull, Stephanie Forsythe, Brittany Slaughter and Quinten Fyffe; his great grandchildren, Bentlee, Ansleigh and Bristol; his sisters, Carol Daniels and Sharon Hicks; his nieces and nephews, Wendy Stile, Travis Grice, Joseph Grice, Christopher Hicks and Erica Humphrey; his siblings-in-law, Janet Kleinert, Erskine Kleinert and Deanna Grice; and his close friend Keith Daniels.
