He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurelia Hostyn and William Hostyn; and his siblings, Albert, Eva, Louis, Bernice, Bob and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann; his children, William Patrick Hostyn (Sunga), Rose Marie Miller (Mike) and Juanita Aurelia Huryn (Andrij); his grandchildren, Patricia Ann (Joseph), Kyle Suhrie (Lylybell), J. Miller (Elise), Anna Aurelia (Gabe), Henri Bohdan and Isa Andrej; his great grandchildren, Luka Joseph and Lyla Rae; and his siblings, Lorraine McIsaac, Diane Honkoop and Raymond Hostyn. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and lifelong friends.
