He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Moolenaar and Cornelia Agatha Jansze Moolenaar. He is survived by: his wife Rande Y. Moolenaar; his stepson Benjamin Lee (Ben) of Atlanta, Georgia; his brothers, Edward D. Moolenaar of Pawleys Island and Norman Moolenaar of Gainesville, Georgia; and his nieces, Johanna L. Moolenaar of Seattle and Kathryn L. Moolenaar of Hattiesburg, Mississippi..
