She was predeceased by: her parents, Edison Grimes and Annabelle Grimes; her husband Walter William "Junior" Long; her son William Earl Long; her grandchildren, Willie Long, Carol Yvette "Prissy" Price and Tabitha Gibson; her sisters, Marie Corbett and Jeanette Sanderson; and her grandson Khaled Kaudeyr.

She is survived by: her children, Dianne Lewis (Dallas), Guy "Buddy" Long, Gregory Allen Long (Carol), Susie Long and Douglas Paul Long (Janice); her brothers, Jimmy Grimes and John David "Nokie" Grimes; and her grandchildren, Gary Wayne Gibson, Traci Dianna Gibson, Guy Walter Long, Jr., Joshua Long, Jessica Leary, Jordan Leary, Beth Cumbie, Thomas Gregory Long, Chasity Croom, Daniel Tripp, David Jones, Eric Jones, Anthony Jones, Shannon Jones, Zachary Long, Timmy Long, Sierra Davis and Ronnie Davis. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved fur baby.
