He is survived by: his wife Debra Lancaster; his children, Johnathan Lancaster (Amber) and Heather Kiker (Joey); his grandchildren, Piper Lancaster and Grady Kiker; and his sister Mary Greene. He is also survived by many loving family members and close friends.
