It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Francis Garner of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughter Pat Maners (Doug Maners); her granddaughters, Tori Maners and Elizabeth Maners Stratton (Cam Stratton); her brother Claude Brantley Jr.; and her pet Penny.
