With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Amos Kilcoyne (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on February 12, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, David Tate, Lynn Tate and Laura Beltran; her siblings, Holly Williams, Melvin Amos and Billy Amos; her stepchildren, Maura, Diane, Steven and Scott Kilcoyne; and her grandchildren, Clay Baldo and Leah Beltran. She was also cherished by her three children and four stepchildren, her close friendships in New Bern, and her life-long friends.
