She is survived by: her husband Ervin Whitehurst; her children, Erik Whitehurst, Jason Whitehurst (Maegan), Faith Whitehurst and Melissa Beaman (Tyler); her grandchildren, Mikayla Whitehurst, Alexa Whitehurst, Mia Whitehurst, Natalie Beaman, Benjamin Whitehurst and Aaron Beaman; her mother Faye Rotz; and her siblings, Mandy Vierheller, Tammy Pittman, Victor Frazier and Bobby Rotz.
