It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Thomas Judd of New Bern, North Carolina, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Judd and Josie Green Judd; his former wife Betty Ruth LaFever Judd; his son Benjamin Ernest Judd; and his siblings, Earnestine Allen, MaryAnn Campbell and Eugene Harold Judd.

He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Jonathan LaFever Judd, Suzanne Nichole Williams and John Lee Williams; and also Bischon Ace.
