With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Max Taylor (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Taylor and Tempie Taylor; and his daughter Nichole Chappell. He is survived by: his wife Angela Quinn Taylor of New Bern; his son Mark Taylor of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Dakota, Alex and Abby of Hubert, NC; his sister Mona Hanes of New Bern; his stepchildren, Ginger Cantey and Scott Edwards of New Bern; his stepgrandchildren, Amber, Casey and Carson Corley; and his pet Gunner.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Johnny Max Taylor's honor to the Craven County Hospice, 2818 Neuse Blvd, PO Drawer 12610, New Bern, NC 28561.
