It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Scurlock (New Bern, North Carolina), who passed away on April 3, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Ann. He is survived by: his wife Clara Scurlock of New Bern; his sons, John M. Scurlock (Kathy) of Pollocksville, Timothy L. Scurlock of Kinston and Thomas A. Scurlock of Harrisburg, PA.; and his sister Corrine S. McCain of New Bern. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
