It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Peake of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Walter Herbert Peake III; and his grandparents, Herbert, Joann Peake, Jack and Catherine Beauchamp.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Beauchamp Peake; his sisters, Meredith Catherine Peake and Kathleen Elizabeth Bales (Peake); his wife Emily Elizabeth Peake (Edmunds Meissel); his family, Walt, Nancy, Meredith, Parker, Kathleen, David and Peyton; his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Edmunds and Leslie Meissel; his uncles, Mark Peake (Lila) and Phil Beauchamp (Denise); and his aunt Karen Mouser (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in John's name to the Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association - Central Savannah River Area (SORBA-CSRA) supporting the Forks Area Trail System in Augusta, Georgia. Donations can be made via check to 691 Pisgah Road, Ellijay, GA 30536 or via PayPal on SORBA-CSRA website with the note: "In memory of John Peake.".
