He was predeceased by: his father Jack Mallard; and his sister Mary Sue Black. He is survived by: his wife Patricia H. Mallard; his pet Jake; his stepchildren, Ginger H. Sawyer (Bill Jr.), Cotton Hardison (Christie), Jay Hardison, Cathi Miller and Robbie Hardison (Kitti); his grandchildren, Michael Wayne Weir, Kaitlyn Shucher and Kelsey Shucher (Donnie Novak); his stepchildren, Punky Sawyer (Faith Sawyer), Blake Hardison (Cody Cooke), Abigale Hardison, Lana Hardison (Noah Holton), Ryan Hardison, Hunter Hardison, Josh Anderson and Cailee Anderson; and his great grandchild Kinsley Novak.
