He was predeceased by: his parents, John Palimetakis and Julia Palimetakis; his children, Gregory Palimetakis and Vickie Clem; and his siblings, Katherine Augeen, Athena Bontos and Pete Dormas.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Palimetakis; his son Daniel Palimetakis (Luana); his granddaughter Emma Clem (Kevin); his niece Valerie Lakios; and his nephew George Dormas (Linda).
