We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 69, Joanne Fragale (New Bern, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank M. Fragale; her parents, Raphael Capizzi and Ann Capizzi; her brother Leonard Capizzi of East Aurora, NY; her sons, Marc Wittmeyer (Melissa) of Crewe, VA and Jeffrey Wittmeyer of New Bern, NC; and her close friend Bud Curtis of New Bern, NC. She was also cherished by extended family and many friends.
