He was predeceased by: his wife Sherrell Suggs Price; his parents, Jimmie Lee Price Jr. and Fannie Grace Kennedy; his siblings, Johnny Price, Kenneth Earl Price, Bobby Price and Diane Carter (James); and his great grandchild Sasha Pearl Turley.
He is survived by: his children, James Price of New Bern, Linwood Bass of New Bern and Tammy Baker of Kinston; his siblings, William Price of New Bern, Roger Price of New Bern, Larry Price of New Bern, Josephine Rupley of California, Edna Pipkin of New Bern, Sally Price Mobley of New Bern, Margaret Batchelor of Wilson and Peggy Goodwin of Tarboro; his grandchildren, Jessica Turley of Florida, Dillion Baker of Kinston, Briana Price of New Bern and Michael Price of New Bern; and his great grandchildren, Akina Turley of Florida and Kai Turley of Florida.
