He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Woolard Francis and Ralph Francis; and his significant other Irene Price. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Cashwell Francis; his stepchildren, Jerry Wayne Wells, Richard Marshall Baker, Michael Shivar (Ashley) and Crystal; his siblings, Frank Francis (Rochell) and Debi Francis Durnell (Bill); his grandchildren, Exavier, Nevaeh, Tyler and Madison; and his great grandchild Kensley.
