He is survived by: his son Michael Gardner (Linda) of Bridgeton; his grandchildren, Kimberly Gardner Langston (Ernie) of Bridgeton, Jason Gardner, Kyle Gardner of Grantsboro, Allyson Gardner Spain (Cody) of Arapahoe and Jesse B Gardner, III (Camry) of Ernul; his great grandchildren, Michael Paul Gibson, Edan Langston (Buby), Lilliana Gardner-Gody, Bailey and Boden Spain; his sisters, Jacqueline Gardner Willis of Greensboro, Juliette Gardner Church of Washington State and Joan Gardner Finch of Michigan; his sister-in-law Sandra Gardner of New Bern; and his brother Joel Gardner (Jessie) of Virginia.
