He is survived by: his wife Betty Creech; his sons, David Creech, Byron Creech of New Bern and Jonathan Creech; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Creech of Raleigh, Rylee Ratchford of Maysville, Kory Dyar, Kasia Hall (Fiancée) of New Bern, Christopher Dyar of New Bern and Logan Creech of New Bern; his brother Dennis Creech (Ruth) of Fayetteville; and also Joye Goff of Raleigh.
