It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Kathryn Fulcher of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stephenson and Anna Stephenson; her husband Murry Fulcher; her brother Tommy Stephenson; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Stephenson and Ava Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn and Steve; her brothers, Charles and Elliot Stephenson; her sisters-in-law, Lou and Nancy Stephenson; and her friend Wayne Anderson. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
