We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2022, at the age of 83, Janice (Williams) Rae of New Bern, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father David Samuel Williams; her son Tim Curtis Jenkins; and her siblings, Dorothy Phillips, Della Higgins, Doris Beckwith and Joseph Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Philipp, Wendy Delavergne (Mitch), Debra Borden (Ray), Tonya Cornwell, Thomas Lester Jenkins, Jr. and Richard Jenkins; her siblings, Rosa Yarborough, Bobby and Billy Williams; and her foster brother Melvin Cauley. She is also survived by many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
