She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Nichols Miller and Virginia Morrow Miller of Pauline, SC.. She is survived by: her husband Alva Jackson "Jackie" Waters; and her siblings, Patricia Compos of Pauline, SC., Lewis Miller, Willam Miller, George Miller of Abbeville, SC, Elizabeth Gossett (Cross), Elenor Scott of Union, SC and Joann Miller. She is also survived by her many step grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (400 New St, New Bern, NC 28560).
