He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Byrd and Diane Byrd; his brother Curtis Glenn Byrd; and his nephew Jared McCotter Holton. He is survived by: his fiancée Stephanie Broadway; his siblings, Robert Lewis Byrd, Jr., Robert Edwards (Trina), Susan Brigman (David) and Janet Allen Marshburn; his grandchildren, Forrest and Presley; his niece Leah Raines (Tyler); his nephews, Robert Tristan Byrd and Tyler Curtis Brigman; his great-niece Haidyn Raines; and his great-nephew Ollie Ray Byrd.
