He is survived by: his wife Earlean Allison Brimmer; his daughter Pamela Brimmer-Kellam (Timothy, Sr.); his grandchildren, Pamasia and Timothy, Jr.; his siblings, Robert Neal (DeReese), John Neal (Cassandra), Avis Alson (Charles), Jean White (Leon), Shelia Pusey (Omutade), Gladys Neal, Cynthia Neal, Jennifer Mungin (Emerson) and Stacie Neal; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Allison and Annie Allison. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
