It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Earl Brown of New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Brown and Bett Brown; and his brother Willie Carol Brown. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Boyette; his wife Ann Boyette Brown; his daughters, Terry Rolison (Milton Hooker) of Pollocksville, Cathy Brown (Kip Everette) of Enfield and Swansboro; his brothers, Gary Brown of Morehead City and Billy E. Brown (Lisa) of Pinetown; his sister-in-law Nancy Brown; his grandchildren, Erica Latham and Kelly Rolison; and his great grandchildren, Carlie Rolison, Kyndalynn Latham and Eason "Buddy" Latham.
