We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2019, at the age of 79, James Davis (New Bern, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Philip Bibb Davis and Betsey Durland Davis; his wife Jean; his son Jackson (Kate); his grandson Jalen; his sister Betsey; his brother-in-law Bruce Hathaway; and his brother Philip (Jean).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember him may give a gift to Craven County Hospice, to Boys and Girls Club of Eastern North Carolina or the Food Bank of Eastern Carolina.
