He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh Bryan Mills, Sr. and Martha Kirven Mills; his wife Sandra Stallings Mills of Trent Woods; his children, Hugh "Bryan" Mills, III of New Bern and Marti Mills Bryant of Greenville; his brother C. Kirven Mills (Kathy) of Odessa, FL; and his granddaughters, Hannah, Jessica and Savannah.
