He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle E. Cochran and Ellen Wilson Cochran; his daughter Ann Louise Myers (Jon) of Arlington, VA; his grandchildren, Emory Myers of Norfolk, VA, Joe Myers of Richmond, VA, Hanna Cochran of Morristown, NJ and Sissel Cochran of Morristown, NJ; and his former wife Gretchen Wrigley of Raleigh, NC.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Kaye Cochran of New Bern; his sons, Michael E. Cochran (Nancy) of Wake Forrest, NC and David A. Cochran (Linda) of Morristown, NJ; and his siblings, Benny L. Cochran of Lawrenceville, IL and Mary Jean Davis of Mesa, AZ.
