She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Mercer and Fred Mercer; her husband Richard Boyd Sr.; her siblings, Betty Arnold, Leona Wiggins and George Mercer; and her son-in-law Ronnie Andrews.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Reid Boyd, Heather Lilly, Dare Bailey, Danny Perry, Josh Barber, Melissa Welker, Megan Andrews, Daniel Miller, Henry Miller and Richie Boyd; her great grandchildren, Charity Boyd, Khloe Boyd, Hunter Boyd, Jacob Lilly, Noah Lilly, Ryan Andrews, Nikki Welker, Andrew McCausley, Katrina Bailey, Haywood Bailey, Caroline Perry, Eloise Perry, Theodore Perry, Audrey Miller, Danny Miller and Malina Smith; her siblings, Paul Mercer, Freddie Mercer, Roger Mercer and Johnnie Mercer; and her sister-in-law Gladys Boyd Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
