She was predeceased by: her father Henry Bryan Duffy; her husband William Floyd Gaskins, Jr.; and her sister Kathleen Duffy Carlin. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Carpenter (Gary) and Bruce Wallace; her grandchildren, Bradford Duffy Carpenter (Keever) and Caroline Carpenter Hagan (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Cason Carpenter, Nora Carpenter, Stewart Hagan, Kate Hagan and Hudson Hagan; and her sister Georgie Duffy Kear. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in her honor to Christ Episcopal Church, Colonial Capital Humane Society, or charity of your choice.
