She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Barbara Small of New Bern, Esther Perry (William) of Antioch, Henry Small, Jr. (Ginger) of Virginia Beach and Elizabeth Small (Sam) of Norfolk, Virginia; and her close friend Lilly (Pete). She was also cherished by four Grandchildren; three Great-Grandchildren; one Great-Great Granddaughter; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
