He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Murray, Sr. and Ilse Schuettler; and his former wife Jo Anne Flake Murray. He is survived by: his wife Diana Salter Murray; his son George H. Murray, III (Christine); his granddaughters, Grace and Paytlyn; his friend Tommy Bizzell; and his pet Axel.
