He is survived by: his wife Irene Best Foye of Brooklyn, NY; his daughters, Tonja Staton and Nc Tomega Foye; and his siblings, Vernon Foye, Cornell Foye, Barry Foye, Ricky Foye, Eleanor Howell, Linda Foye, Jackie Roy, Shirlene Foye and Jerlen Foye. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
